observed differences in the text between the gameboy (gb) and collection of saga (CoS) versions of Sa-Ga2 - Hihou Densetsu (saga2).

some changes may have been overlooked. i only found a handful that are different for this game.

text ids

a lot of the text seen in saga2 is technically made up of multiple entries from the table of text in the rom. there are citation and redirect control characters all over the place. this sometimes makes it hard to say definitively which text-id should be ascribed to an observed text.

there are two separate tables of speech (not counting fight text, menu text and memo text) in the rom, at 0x28000 and 0x2C000. this file arbitrarily calls these A and B respectively.
